- Creating and overviewing the organizational chart so that the workflow remains in order, optimizing productivity across sectors
- Paralos is right by the side of your management & executive team, offering auxiliary management assistance
- Employee performance monitoring in collaboration with the Hotel Manager according to job description
- Operational organization chart, team planning monitoring, evaluation and coordination
- Training of the Hotel Manager in relation to the core Paralos values
- Participation in the staff recruitment process (Management team)
