• Evaluation of candidates in the recruitment process (Management team)
• Staff training (Seminars prior to season opening)
• On-the-job training
• Creating and overviewing the organizational chart so that the workflow remains in order, optimizing productivity across sectors
• Paralos is right by the side of your management & executive team, offering auxiliary management assistance
• Employee performance monitoring in collaboration with the Hotel Manager according to job description
• Operational organization chart, team planning monitoring, evaluation and coordination
• Training of the Hotel Manager in relation to the core Paralos values
• Participation in the staff recruitment process (Management team)
