- Regular on-site visits from Paralos team members
- Day-to-day support of the hotel operations
- Specification of monitoring process through checklists and carefully crafted auditing lists
- Training, support, and assistance to the Hotel Manager
- Active support in realizing the Paralos concept in the fields of Entertainment, Fitness and Wellness Environmental guidelines and creation of SOPs which actively promote sustainability & environmental consciousness
- Assistance through our partners in obtaining Safety and Environmental certifications (GREEN KEY, BLUE FLAG, TRAVELLIFE, ISO, HACCP, CRETAN TASTE CERTIFICATION)
- Outlining procedures which will ensure the quality of the product and ameliorate the overall guest experience
- Creating and implementing safety guidelines and procedures in collaboration with an external advisor
- Implementation of the latest technological tools, in order to streamline processes and increase customer satisfaction
- Paralos creates a holistic approach concerning guest issues, through training and clear guidelines The Hotel Manager is supported in handling any inhouse incurring matters while both the online and post departure complaints are tackled by our team
