Today, COCO MAT is a leading player in Greece, as a B2B collaborator in the hospitality industry, and a new competitor in some other countries of Europe, where COCO-MAT has built a strong brand name.
From 2006, COCO-MAT creates a new department, which supports the Hotel business market as a supplier, mainly for mattresses. As the brand was growing very fast in the retail industry, with more points of sale all over the world, COCO-MAT hotel business gains more ideal collaborations and grows its client list. Following its special philosophy and the authentic way of thinking, COCO-MAT was aiming to change the mindset in a market where good quality sleep was neglected by the Hotel owners. Since then, following this different approach against other competitive mattress companies, the hospitality industry clearly shows more interest in investing in high quality sleeping products, furniture, bed linen and accessories.
COCO-MAT’s next step is to become a hotel owner. Its relationship with hospitality is long-standing and empirical. From 2009 until today manages successfully 4 hotels in Athens, which offer high-end COCO-MAT products and services. As a result, they get large percentage of repetitive customers, high rates, excellent comments and hospitality awards.
COCO-MAT’s next strategic approach was to invest more in the hotel business and got evolved to a Cluster of companies – one stop shop – able to offer a wide range of likeminded products and services.
COCO-MAT, having its own knowledge of the needs of a hotel unit, as well as the expectations of the customers, creates companies with more competitive products and services, which ensure an overall quality in hospitality.
