ENTOPOS: < EN + TOPOS, ΕΝ=ΙΝ, ΤOPOS=PLACE
Topos is the greek word for place. However, except from this literal translation, it is a word that is closely related to meanings such as history, memory, tradition, culture landscape, materiality, people.
This is the main reason why each project is unique, for us. Because it is being realized in a specific “topos”-site with specific needs and requirements. And that is why the starting point of each architectural synthesis in our studio is the analysis of this “topos” and the personal experience when visiting it, taking always into consideration the contemporary needs and techniques.
Mainly based in Heraklion of Crete, our studio has been undertaking architectural studies, supervision and construction since 2015 and has a sufficient number of collaborators and professional experts for each operation needed during the design and construction process.
