BUILDING ON STEEPLY SLOPING GROUND
The hotel is located in Plakias, the southern coastal town of Rethymno within the city plan city. Characteristic of the plot is the very large slope of 24.00 m. This gives it possibility of the stepped building, ensures a wonderful view in all rooms. The hotel was developed in 8 levels, the last one has vaulted rooms with mezzanines. On the ceilings of the 2nd and 4th levels, communal rooms with jacuzzi and greenery are created.
On the ground floor is the reception, the restaurant area, the bar and the courtyard with the swimming pool the sunbathing area also extends to a courtyard on the roof of the restaurant.
At the basement a spa, a parking lot and the ancillary spaces are being built.
In the hotel are provided double, triple rooms, suites & maisonettes. The common areas are adjacent to the old port and the beach, from the 8th level passes the city's ring road.
