DESCRIPTION
The project is a study proposal and it is submitted as a candidate in the BOUTIQUE STYLE HOTEL. It is located on the island of Rhodes.
The shell of the building predates the new hotel proposal and was a small baby diaper manufacturing workshop. The hotel is developed on two levels in height and consists of the main-existing volume and addition buildings on either side of the central one. In the existing shell, rooms of 2 types and supporting-administrative functions are placed, while in the additions, additional rooms and functions (spa, event space, chapel).
The aim of the hotel is to support high level alternative tourism in a less developed side of the island.
