The study concerns the construction of two tourist residences on a green hillside by the sea. The architectural challenge for this project was to adjust the buildings to the steep slope of the terrain, to ensure the maximum possible sense of privacy between them and most importantly to achieve visual contact at every point of the buildings with the sea. Specifically, the architectural design of the buildings, based on these three main points, gives each residence its own unique characteristics in terms of the internal layout of the spaces, while at the same time the exterior form of the buildings follows a uniform architectural approach so that each building complements the other aesthetically.
