The project includes three fully equipped residences with a swimming pool, located in the traditional settlement of Prodromos in Paros. The complex combines traditional architecture with minimalist aesthetics and modern amenities. The composition consists of white volumes that harmonize with the Cycladic landscape while offering independence, privacy, and sea views. The swimming pool, complemented by a wooden pergola, creates flexible outdoor spaces, while the stone walls that define the property enter and integrate into the buildings and pool, or create privacy. The interior design provides a sense of open space, unobstructed movement flow, and a different identity for each residence.
