ERGON
Bakehouse is a multifaceted space encompassing a bakery, a retail store, an
eatery, and a 29-room hotel, situated in the heart of Athens. The Urban Soul
Project's design integrates the life cycle of dough with the essence of a
traditional bakery, creating a cohesive and immersive experience. At the core
of the building lies the original entrance and staircase, from which three
sequentially aligned entrances branch out, guiding guests to distinct
destinations: the hotel reception, a combined waiting and dining area, and the
72H Eatery. This thoughtful spatial arrangement not only enhances functionality
but also celebrates the artistry of baking and hospitality.
