The site is located in the region of Tholos, Oia in north part of Santorini, with an exquisite view towards the Aegean Sea and the islands of Ios, Sikinos and Folegandros and it’s approximately 300 meters away from the sea.
The buildings are developed on one floor, following the landscape. The communal areas section, includes reception areas, a restaurant, shops and a spa and there is also an outdoor central pool. There are 52 apartments in total, of which 4 are suites and 2 apartments designed for the accommodation of people with mobility difficulties. The volumes of the buildings, shield against the strong, northern winds which are a common occurrence during the summer months.
