The hotel is located in the Damaria Loggakiou area, Municipality of Trikala, and was built in 2010. It functions as a Conference Center with a capacity of two hundred (200) seats as well as a 5-star hotel with a capacity of forty-four (44) beds. It is situated on a sloping plot with a prominent position and a panoramic view of the city of Trikala. The building is developed in a single but tiered volume, integrated as much as possible into the natural environment.
The renovation of the hotel began in 2021 and concerns the outdoor pool area, wellness areas (spa), dining areas (cafe/bar/restaurant), and conference rooms. The renovation of the rooms and the reception area will be implemented subsequently.
