Adelianos Kampos of the Municipality of Rethymnon. In a settlement without an urban plan.
The plot is 12.4 acres, the building has 171 rooms of which 10 are suites. Due to the large permitted coverage of the plot and the proximity to Avenue Old National Road can be characterized as Urban or preferably Suburban Hotel.
A relaxed suburban character was sought. Direct contact with the natural environment, especially for the ground floors. Creation of a simple natural environment highlighting local characteristics of the space and the wider area. (Mediterranean garden, sand garden, plane trees). Avoidance of institutional character emphasizing the complexity of architecture elements. Breakdown of volumes and strict lines especially on the main face that allows visibility to the sea from all points of the street and the building. Open curves organize the space with walkways, water features and greenery.
