Study: 2019-2023
The project is about two new residences in a mutual plot of 7.615,41 sq.m. with independent pools and parking spots on the highest point of the plot. The bigger residence is placed on the flattened part of the plot and the smaller one which is subterranean, in the part of the plot with the big slope, with north-south direction. Placed in this position the residences have privacy, view towards the sea and are protected from the northwest winds of the area.
For the two residences the materials that will be used are:
-Internal-external walls with KOURASANIT coating
-Ceilings from exposed concrete
-Aluminum anodized frames and external wooden frames from Iroko wood
-Internal and external flooring from big rock style tiles
-Part of external flooring from pressed soil
-External paddocks and elements coated with local stone
-Combination with tiles and KOURASANIT on the walls and the WC flooring
-Green roofs
-Pergolas from metal elements in rust and Iroko wood
For the subterranean residence the difference is on the external walls that are covered with local stone.
