It is a newly built hotel accommodation in the village of Skala Potamia on the island of Thassos, which consists of 8 luxurious rooms and for this reason it is called "THE 8KEYS LUXURY SUITES". It was built in the year 2021 and received the first visitors in May 2022, with admittedly great financial success so far.
The M^3 VILLA is located in the central wing of the building, extending on 3 levels, ground floor, basement and attic. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, interior and outdoor dining area and a Jacuzzi area in the basement. The living room can also be converted into an extra sleeping area.
The architectural MNK DESIGN STUDIO designed ''THE 8KEYS LUXURY SUITES", in an attempt to differentiate itself from the existing accommodations on the island, both on space utilization and choice of materials. A mosaic is used on the floor on all three levels, but it is also placed as a wall covering that separates the living room from the bathroom. Two vertical panels of glass give a natural lighting and ventilation in the bathroom area. The staircase that connects the three levels is also unique in terms of construction and aesthetics.
Metallic elements in black shades, mosaic and oak wood surfaces, straight lines and earthy colors compose the new proposal in hospitality on the island of Thassos.
