Concurrently, most of the buildings roofs are planted to fit more accurately into the natural environment.
The facades were designed in such way to match harmoniously with the surrounding area and the coexisting residential environment.
The relationship and composition of the buildings were studied deeply in order to satisfy the contemporary requirements of aesthetics and functionality, both in a relation to the environment in which they are located and as individual buildings.
Most of the buildings were developed at different altitude levels following the morphology of the ground, so that they are not presented as single architectural volumes, but as independent sections as well.
Landscape architecture:
Regarding the surrounding area, many flower beds and different levels were created, which were planted with vegetation of the local flora.
The movement between spaces was achieved by paths, with a minimum width of 2 meters. The walls of the surrounding area as well as the curbs of the flower beds were made of stone.
The study and configuration of the outdoor space was designed with absolute environmental conscious and respect.
Accommodation spaces:

The accommodation units were placed in the area in such way to ensure panoramic view of the seafront. This configuration ensured natural lighting and ventilation, while access to each one was achieved by a network of internal paths.
