The hotel is offering 14 rooms of various types and a suite on the top floor with a private outdoor jacuzzi. Rooms are fully equipped with the last word of technology, while WORKS Hellas used a big quantity of ecological and antiallergy materials for the construction. There are also a reception and lounge areas at the ground floor and the roof garden. The hotel is offering self check-in and in-room a la carte breakfast. The hotel has opened its doors since the end of June.
The study and the design were completed within a month. Construction was completed in 6 months. 350.000€ was the project cost and the constructor company is WORKS Hellas.
