“Ambassador Aegean Luxury Hotel & Suites” is a unique luxury hotel in Santorini, located in the area of Akrotiri, a breath close to the world-renowned prehistoric settlement. Perched on the cliffs, offers outstanding views of the Caldera and the famous romantic sunsets of the island.

Α mystifying tunnel leads to many of the rooms, which are individually designed. The interior design is simple and plain, while elements from the local architecture are stylish blended with white, grey and light blue, hues.
The hotel, is also boasting about, the “Cabo Rosso” restaurant. This exquisite restaurant offers a truly unforgettable experience to the guests –especially at night- as they feel like they dine in the volcano crater.
For this reason, in the center of the roof –that is made of wooden sunshades- the interior architect, created a huge opening, made from metal that reminds of the crater. Painted in black, the metal crater, during the night is lighten with red light, reminding of the hot lava. For the construction of the metal crater they used 2 tons of iron, while in the whole space, black and red decorative elements, strengthen the volcano concept.
