The shortlisted entries of the 100% Hotel Design Awards 2026 have been announced, offering an inspiring overview of contemporary creativity in Hospitality Design and bringing into focus both the projects themselves and the Architects, Designers and Creative Teams behind them.
Completed hotel projects, as well as projects still at the design stage, are taking part in this year’s competition, presenting different architectural approaches, typologies and scales within contemporary Hospitality Design.
36 Entries Representing Different Expressions of Hospitality Design
This year’s entries cover a broad spectrum of Hotel Design through the following categories:
Resort, City Style Hotel, Boutique Style Hotel, Villa, Luxury Apartment, Room/Bathroom, Reception/Lobby, Landscape, Spa and Restaurant, as well as the special category of Hotel Branding.
At the same time, the distinction between Completed Projects and Upcoming Projects allows two different but equally interesting aspects of Hospitality Design to coexist within the Awards: projects that have already been completed and can be evaluated as fully realised architectural concepts, and new ideas that are still under development, reflecting the creative thinking behind the Hospitality Projects of tomorrow.

The 100% Hotel Design Awards at the 100% Hotel Show 2026
The 36 entries of the 100% Hotel Design Awards 2026 will also be physically showcased at the 100% Hotel Show 2026, in a specially designed area at a central location within the Exhibition, bringing the projects and their creators closer to Hoteliers, Developers and professionals looking for new ideas and partners for their upcoming Hospitality Projects.
Visitors will also have the opportunity to explore all the Projects participating in this year’s competition, making it easier for them to vote for their favourite entry and contribute to the selection of the winner of the Special Audience Award, who will be announced at a later date.
This year’s edition will culminate on Friday, 23 October, with the 100% Hotel Design Awards 2026 Ceremony, where the winning projects and creative teams across the Competition’s individual categories will be announced.
